CAA completes the acquisition of ICM Partners
Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has reached its agreement to acquire ICM Partners (ICM).

The combination of CAA and ICM now reflects more than 3,200 total employees operating in 25 countries around the world. In addition to massive growth in other departments, CAA’s reach is increasing significantly in music booking. CAA now hosts over 30,000 music and comedy shows each year for genres ranging from pop, rock, country, urban, Latin, EDM, and more. The Touring department also serves its customers through its brand partnerships, marketing, private events and cross divisions.
