Quote from Grammy® winner Ricky Kej (India):
“I was working on a follow-up to my Grammy® winning album ‘Winds of Samsara’ and cataloged some of my favorite tunes. Recordings were delayed due to an incessant touring schedule and then the 2020 pandemic. opportunity to spend more time in the studio. I had the privilege and honor to collaborate on a song with Stewart copeland in 2016. With the support of industry veterans Ralph simon and Tarquin Gotch, I found the courage to ask him to collaborate with me again; this time on a full album. What followed was one of the best and most rewarding personal and musical experiences I could have dreamed of. Stewart is not only a living legend, but an extremely humble human being, filled with the positive energy that made us give our best for ‘Divine Tides’. “
Citation from Grammy® winner Stewart Copeland (The Police):
“One day during the Apocalypse I got a call from Ricky Kej to make an album. He had assembled an incredible collection of exotic musicians, or maybe I should say, deeply traditional musicians, in the context exotic of his inspired production style. The flow of ideas quickly became a torrent of recordings and music. The spiritual vibe (not something I‘I’m generally known for) infusing my assaults on inanimate objects with amorous passion. The timpani sounded! The rattlesnakes were singing! Making this record has been a unique adventure both in music and in divine consciousness. “
