Top Weekend Picks: Music at Old Glory, County Fair, Tour DeVille and more
CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Here’s what’s happening in Clarksville this weekend for you and your whole family to enjoy.
Montgomery County Fair: The fair is back! It started on Thursday June 10 and runs daily through Sunday June 19 at Clarksville Speedway. Come see shows, rides and famous fairground cuisine. Ticket prices vary, click here for more information.
Old Glory Live Friday Night: Music for Mercy will perform on the first night of this series, which runs throughout the summer. Admission is $ 5 for adults, and it’s free for kids. This family-friendly event will be filled with food trucks, craft cocktails, beer, garden games and great music at Old Glory Distilling Co. No Way Jose ‘Tex Mex, Holiday Burger and Nicholetta’s food trucks will be there for the concessions. .
Tour DeVille 2021: Take a bike ride to various locations in downtown Clarksville on Saturday. With various stops organized by businesses and homes, you can expect to see much of the DIY Clarksville underground music scene. In addition to the music, each stop will host an installation by a local artist. The music will start at 10 a.m. and the rides will leave at noon.
Music and Food Trucks in Beachaven: On Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., you can stop by the estate to enjoy the music of Tristan McIntosh and the dishes of Kadi’s Tacos. On Sundays, you can come back from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. to listen to music by Rachel McAmy and sample dishes from IDC Something.
Movies in the park: This Saturday, “Sing” will be playing in Heritage Park starting at sunset. Pre-film activities start at 5:30 p.m.
City center market: From 8 am to noon on Saturdays, come and take advantage of the local vendors in the public square.
A taste of Mrs. Pete: Ms. Pete’s Catering Corporation is proud to offer an afternoon of delicious food and fabulous themed event decor on Saturdays at noon. There will be several themed rooms and tables decorated as they would be for specific events, including an outdoor wedding and barbecue. Tickets cost $ 20.
