Bombay (Maharashtra) [India], June 4 (ANI / PNN): Auromira Entertainment, the production company behind the hugely popular viral music video “Aigiri Nandini” has collaborated with veteran singer Susmita Das to release an epic thriller and action song called ” Prithvi Manthan ”. This clip based on Shiva TandavaStrotam refers to the mythological Sagar Manthan (Churning of the sea).
What is the 2nd churning …
Sagar Manthan (Churning of the Sea): In Hindu mythology, gods and demons teamed up to churn the seas in order to extract hidden treasure. Skimming, however, also produced “Halahal,” the most vicious poison that threatened to destroy the entire universe. Lord Shiva came to everyone’s rescue and swallowed the poison to save the universe.
Prithvi Manthan (Skimming the Earth): An analogy of overexploiting natural resources to meet our greed and unsustainable way of life. In the process, like “Halahal” in Samudra Manthan, greenhouse gases and pollutants are lethal byproducts, which have grown to such proportions that the very existence of mankind is now threatened.
Famous actress Suryamayee Mohapatra starred in famous lyricist Shivkumar Bilagami’s “Creative Fusion”, choreographed by Amit Nayak (Amit Dance Group). Director Dev Meher and former Director of Forests of the Indian government Siddhanta Das were instrumental in the direction and its conceptualization. Musician Om Prakash Mohanty composed the music video which will officially be released on June 5th.
Singer Susmita Das said: “I love to produce songs about contemporary social issues to raise awareness because I believe music is the most powerful medium to reach the masses. My previous song” Ayigrinandini … “based on Durga Strotram, on the theme of empowering women, was highly rated by music lovers.I thought that Shiv TandavStotram being so intense and energetic could form the basis of a song to raise environmental awareness.
On this occasion, Siddhanta Das said, “I sincerely wish that the song would circulate everywhere. It is not for entertainment, but to spread an important message to create mass awareness. Therefore, I am looking for the support from environmentalists and celebrities in different fields passionate about environmental conservation to promote the song. “
Music video director Dev Meher said, “In addition to being the only Indian song to be supported by the United Nations for 2021, this music video has several premieres. For the first time in India, a clip on pollution was built. at this scale combining CGI, Choreography, Performance and Art. Likewise, for the first time, a concept about the environment has been musically merged into Shiva Tandava Stotram.
The video is already receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews online and looks set to go viral.
